David Clark is a leader in holistic science and nutrition. He graduated from the British School of Shiatsu and London Kushi Macrobiotic Institute in 1986 and then went on to work with some of the most experienced shiatsu and macrobiotic teachers in the world.
On returning to New Zealand, David established the New Zealand School of Shiatsu in Queen Street, Auckland, teaching shiatsu and macrobiotic cooking.
